Your use of the Website to purchase merchandise indicates your agreement to follow and be bound by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

**1. Orders and Products**
All orders are subject to email confirmation by us. Products displayed on the Website may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and availability is not guaranteed. While we strive to display product colors accurately, the actual colors may vary depending on your monitor and may not be exact.

**2. Prices**
All prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. The total amount due includes sales tax, which is applied based on your shipping address in accordance with state and local regulations. The applicable sales tax is indicated on the payment page of the cart. Sales tax regulations may change between the time you place an order and when your payment is processed, affecting the final calculation of sales tax.

**3. Shipping Costs**
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products purchased on the Website, as specified in your order confirmation.

**4. Shipments and Delivery**
You bear all risks of loss and damage to the products from the time they leave our logistics center. Delivery is deemed complete, and title to the products passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by a common carrier.

**Return Eligibility**
– Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
– Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached.
– Worn, damaged, or altered merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
– A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns.

**How to Initiate a Return**

2. Pack the unused merchandise securely in the original packaging and include the RA number inside.
3. Ship the package using a delivery service of your choice. Ensure to:

**Processing & Refunds**
– Once we receive your package, we will process the return and issue a refund.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.

**International Returns**
– Ship returns to the same address as listed above.
– Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

**Exchanges**
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your purchase and place a new order.
